Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj the Greatest Maratha historical leader who fought the Mughal Empire leaders and defeated them. But after the death of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj his son Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj took the reins of the Maratha kingdom. The Mughal rulers thought that after Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is gone there is nobody now but his son Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was equally strong and shrewd like his father.
Mughal ruler Aurangzeb thought that the city of Burhanpur which was very rich in wealth, wished to make his capital city in the South so he appointed Bahadur khan as the Subhedar of Burhanpur.Bahadur khan with the help of his chief Kakar khan started harassing farmers and poor people to pay the Jizya Tax or die .When Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj came to know this atrocities of the people he attacked Burhanpur killed Kakar khan and took all the wealth and saved the people from this miserable rule.
Great historical story which everyone will like that for Swarajya of Hindustan the Marathas had fought. A must watch for everyone.
