Teaser and poster launch of Hindi- Telegu film Prestitute starring- Mimoh Chakraborty ,
Telugu actress Sasha Chettri, Manoj Joshi,
Mahesh Manjrekar, Murli Sharma, Pradeep Rawat,
Ravi Kale, Rahul Dev, Sayaji Shinde and Yashpal Sharma was launched in grand style at Sun & Sand Hotel, Juhu.
Actor, producer and director Dheeraj Kumar was the Chief guest. The film is produced by Shyam Prasad Reddy and
directed by Madhav Kodad.
Missing the night was macho hero Mimoh, son of well-known actor Mithun Chakraborty, who was apparently unwell but the lead actress Sasha Chettri was present, it is what she said,
' I am very excited with my first major solo lead role in this media-crime thriller with a controversial title "Prestitute".
I'm playing a daring free-lance journalist who gets kidnapped and tortured by the villains. It was very challenging and daring role for me because I'm hanged upside-down for a long time (laughs).
Mimoh Chakraborty plays a senior, mentor- journalist who comes and rescue me from the custody of the villains.
For me it was a golden opportunity to get this challenging role and thanks to my director Madhav Sir for casting me and supporting me during the entire shoot. I also thank my fellow actors and the entire crew for giving me full caring support'.
Debutant director Madhav Kodad says, 'My film "Prestitute" is a bold and controversial touchy subject based on certain section of dishonest, corrupt journalists who publish or telecast misleading news. It is inspired and based on authentic realistic happenings and incidents.
The film is in Hindi and Telugu and the audiences will fully enjoy'.
